Inc., was established in 1989 by Charlie Mohrle and Will
Morris
to specialize
in the financing of commercial real estate.
The principals of the firm have over 50
years combined experience, both as loan officers for the
Real Estate Investment Departments of major life companies
as well as one of the largest mortgage banking firms in
the Southwest. Each member of our staff is highly experienced
with a minimum of 15 years in the real estate finance industry.
Experience includes arranging financing for a wide variety
of property types ranging in size from $250,000 to $90,000,000.
We also have extensive experience in loan servicing, portfolio
management and valuation.
