Experience includes arranging financing for a wide variety of property types ranging in size from $250,000 to $90,000,000. We also have extensive experience in loan servicing, portfolio management and valuation.

Mohrle-Morris & Associates is a correspondent for: AmerUs Capital, Kansas City Life, Protective Life, Safeco Life Insurance Company, Security Financial Life Insurance, Southern Farm Bureau and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. Present mortgage loan servicing portfolio is in excess of $170,000,000. In addition to the above named lenders, we have placed, negotiated, and closed loans with other lending sources including Life Companies, Banks, CMBS lenders, and private money sources. In addition to Mortgage Loan Financing, Mohrle-Morris & Associates has arranged equity, joint venture, and participation loan financings. None of these lenders have experienced a loss of principal or interest relative to any loan that we have originated and are servicing.
